Fair Pricing
We believe in fair and transparent pricing. For this reason, all apartments are equipped with electricity meters and we only passing on the current price of electricity to our customers. This puts you in control how much electricity you are using and how much we will charge you. The electric ventilators in our common areas and the power full air conditioners in our co-working space are free of charge, because sharing is caring and with this system we are saving a lot of energy and resources not only on our beautiful island Koh Lanta.
Pets welcome
If you are traveling with your best friend, you have to stay somewhere together, why not at COWORX Koh Lanta. We love animals and are happy to accommodate them to. If you need any further assistance we are well connected to special pet food suppliers and veterinarians. Please contact us in advance if you plan to travel with a pet since we keep some rooms animal free due to our allergy-friendly promise.
Cheaper on booking, Airbnb & co?
Not really because we are working together with different partners to sell our accommodations. You might find a cheaper deal at their websites, but please bear in mind, we do not sell co-working spaces with them! So in case you book with one of our partners, you only book an apartment at COWORX and you have to book your co-work space separately in case you need one. Only if you book your accommodation directly with COWORX one co-working space comes free with it! We publish our best deals exclusively here on our website.

This place is exactly what I was looking for. It offers both rooms to stay and an office to work in, with comfortable chairs. I stayed almost 3 months and had a great time. Ben, the owner, is a very interesting guy with lots of captivating stories. During my stay we had several grill parties with him and other long staying guests. There are three cute dogs: Bob, Min & Tin, that will be happy to chill with you on your terrace. Lastly, the price is great, especially if you book monthly.

When I arrived at the accommodation, I was immediately greeted warmly by “Lung Ben” (=Uncle Ben, as the Thais call him) and his adorable dogs, Bob Min & Tin. Throughout my stay, Ben was incredibly helpful, had great recommendations, and was very easy to reach. The accommodation was top-notch, and if there was a problem, a solution was quickly found. I broke the key once, but even that was fixed in no time (sorry again!!). The area is also great; you can walk to Klong Dao Beach, and it’s one of the most beautiful on the island. I can wholeheartedly recommend the accommodation and would go back myself! Thanks for everything 🙂

Additionally, the coliving space boasts a fully equipped kitchen, complete with all the essentials if you want to cook something, including a grill we used for a BBQ night with other guests and Ben (the host). Be entertained by our lovely rascals, Tin Min and Bob. The three youngsters live permanently at COWORX Koh Lanta and are part of our community. We raise them and take care about there individual needs. They are well socialized and love to interact with humans. The little gang are not only with us for sweet cuddles and endless belly rubs, the took on the task to keep COWORX free from monkeys, snakes, lizards and other not so welcomed visitors. Feel free to spend some time with them, while they serve and protect our co-living area on Koh Lanta.
