This is the newest property of the COWORX family. A spacious, newly renovated Thai townhouse equipped with all the comforts needed for a digital nomad lifestyle. The house accommodates up to 8 people and features various air conditioned rooms with different amenities, ensuring there’s something for everyone. Super fast WiFi covers the whole building and is exclusively reserved for guests. Discover the COWORX TOWNHOUSE and benefit from budget-friendly prices. It is situated in a quiet and tranquil area close to the city center of Saladan and the beach. You find in walking distance supermarkets, restaurants, soup kitchens and a laundry facility. Tour tickets and motor bike rentals are just down the road and are happy to serve you on the TOWNHOUSE premises, if you give them a call.
The COWORX TOWNHOUSE features a large and comfortable and tranquil living room with comfy Sofas, Seats and a 55″ television. Various chill out spaces are provided on every level of the building. All the bath rooms are fitted with hot water showers. The ground floor features a fully equipped Kitchen, a multi functional dining and meeting room with free drinking water for all our guests and customers. A separate outside smoking area accomplishes this brand new refurbished coliving retreat. The property features also free and safe parking for motorbikes. This place is exactly what I was looking for. It offers both rooms to stay and an office to work in, with comfortable chairs. I stayed almost 3 months and had a great time. Ben, the owner, is a very interesting guy with lots of captivating stories. During my stay we had several grill parties with him and other long staying guests. There are three cute dogs: Bob, Min & Tin, that will be happy to chill with you on your terrace. Lastly, the price is great, especially if you book monthly.

When I arrived at the accommodation, I was immediately greeted warmly by “Lung Ben” (=Uncle Ben, as the Thais call him) and his adorable dogs, Bob Min & Tin. Throughout my stay, Ben was incredibly helpful, had great recommendations, and was very easy to reach. The accommodation was top-notch, and if there was a problem, a solution was quickly found. I broke the key once, but even that was fixed in no time (sorry again!!). The area is also great; you can walk to Klong Dao Beach, and it’s one of the most beautiful on the island. I can wholeheartedly recommend the accommodation and would go back myself! Thanks for everything 🙂

Additionally, the coliving space boasts a fully equipped kitchen, complete with all the essentials if you want to cook something, including a grill we used for a BBQ night with other guests and Ben (the host). Be entertained by our lovely rascals, Tin Min and Bob. The three youngsters live permanently at COWORX Koh Lanta and are part of our community. We raise them and take care about there individual needs. They are well socialized and love to interact with humans. The little gang are not only with us for sweet cuddles and endless belly rubs, the took on the task to keep COWORX free from monkeys, snakes, lizards and other not so welcomed visitors. Feel free to spend some time with them, while they serve and protect our co-living area on Koh Lanta.
